Dans cette série, j’ai voulu raconter une histoire courte adaptée au format du challenge de dessin Inktober. Mag recueille un œuf de corvidé. Elle est persuadée qu’un corbeau est l’allié idéal de toute sorcière qui se respecte. Mais lorsque l’œuf éclot, ce n’est pas un corbeau, mais une pie qui en sort ! Elle décide de s’occuper de l’oisillon. En grandissant, il deviendra un compagnon atypique pour une sorcière. Mag et la pie finissent par devenir inséparables. En complément des illustrations, j’ai produit une série de vidéos reel sur Instagram dans lesquelles je dessine, pour partager le processus avec ma communauté.
In this series, I was looking to tell a short story that suits the format of the Inktober’s drawing challenge. Mag takes care of a corvid egg. She is convinced that a crow is the ideal ally of any self-respecting witch. But when the egg hatches, it’s not a crow, but a magpie that comes out! She decides to take care of the little bird. It will become an atypical companion for a witch. Mag and the magpie eventually become inseparable. In addition to the illustrations, I produced a series of reel videos for Instagram in which I draw, to share the process with my followers.
